Jeffrey Hartsook
is a seasoned real estate professional with over 10 years’ experience that began as an office specialist with CB Richard Ellis. He later joined Capital Commercial Group where his primary focus was Industrial real estate.

At Americas Industrial Realty Corporation, Mr. Hartsook will continue to exceed his client’s expectations by providing superior commercial real estate services to local and national companies.  These services include representing tenants, landlords, developers and investors in the leasing, acquisition, disposition and development strategies of industrial and office properties. Jeff creates value-added solutions for his clients throughout the entire real estate process by providing market and site analysis, financial analysis, transaction structuring, long-term strategic planning and post transaction advice.  At Americas, Jeff’s focus remains client centered while creating the greatest value for their real estate interests.

Mr. Hartsook is a member of the Miami Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Realtor Commercial Alliance and Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) and serves on the CIASF Board of Directors.

Jeffrey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, having earned a Certificado De Asistencia from Universidad International Menendez Pelayo, Santander, Spain.

Jeffrey grew up in Miami and attended Palmetto High School, and currently lives in the same neighborhood where he grew up, close to family and friends. He lived abroad in Spain for almost 1 year. He is an advocate and supporter of all things Florida State University, where he graduated. He started a career in Medical Device sales before transitioning to the always exciting world of Commercial Real Estate in 2003.

He enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters (soon to be 3 daughters!). He spends his free time with family and friends on the water, lobstering, and spearfishing as well as watching The Florida State Seminole athletics in action.
